Hot Off The Press! 26 GLOBE Students Receive The GLOBAL Seal of Biliteracy

The GLOBE Academy is excited to announce that 26 8th grade students received the Global Seal of Biliteracy this year.
The Global Seal of Biliteracy is an international credential that conveys proficiency with language skills in two or more languages for our qualifying candidates. This credential offers a competitive advantage for bilingual individuals by helping them earn scholarships, higher pay, advanced placement, increased study abroad opportunities and so much more.
To obtain it, 8th graders must pass their 8th grade language class, their 8th grade English class, and they must score a 5 (Intermediate Mid) or higher on all four sections of the STAMP test - Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking.
The students who received the Global Seal are: Suhina Agravat, Jonathan Alvarez, Camilo Archila, Judah Boyer, Nathan Cohen, Addison Cook, Lily Corbitt, Liam Exley, Carter Fields, Ariana Hale, Jonah Horwitz, Jenna Leader, Natalie Lutz, Bayan Mardon, Eleanor McLaren, Mersedeh Nejad, Shina Resenson, Benjamin Rosero, Maya Shatil, Kira Silberman, Mia Stagner, Parker Steeman, Abby Tract, Ivey Uetsuki, Agustin Zuccarino and Shayanne Klar-Poulter.
