On Friday, November 11, GLOBE students will walk, run, and trot their way through our 8th annual GLOBE Trot.

How it works
At both Upper Campus and Lower Campus, GLOBE students will participate in our fun run, one grade level at a time. Before they get going, the PE coaches will lead them in a series of warmups, and afterwards, they’ll enjoy a sweet celebratory treat. (Then they’ll go back into school.)

GLOBE Trot is an energetic, joyful, and community-building day — and it’s also our biggest fundraiser of the year. To make it a success, we need you.

Whether your students choose to share online videos or set up a lemonade stand, phone the grandparents or go door-to-door, GLOBE Trot represents the perfect time to celebrate why you love GLOBE — and to contribute to the school’s enduring success.

Our aim is to raise $140,000 at this year’s event, with 100% participation from GLOBE families. (In other words, give what feels meaningful and doable to you. Every dollar counts!) The funds raised will directly support the needs of our students and teachers. Stay tuned for instructions, coming soon, about how to set up your personal fundraising webpage.

If your organization is interested in sponsoring GLOBE Trot, please email fundraising@theglobeacademy.net. You can view sponsorship packages here, and we are also happy to customize a package to meet your unique needs.

If you are interested in being on the GLOBE Trot planning committee and helping to make one of the most fun days of the year even more fun — and more of a fundraising success — please email fundraising@theglobeacademy.net.
GLOBE Trot will take place at Upper Campus and Lower Campus. Parents and guardians are welcome to come cheer on the students at this year’s event. Please stay tuned for important information regarding event logistics.
