GLOBE's Transportation Ridership Program provides morning and afternoon bus transportation between a satellite hub and the Lower and Upper GLOBE campuses. The hub is located at the Exchange Recreation Center : 2771 Columbia Dr, Decatur, GA 30034.
Mornng Transportation
Exchange Recreation Center: 2771 Columbia Drive in Decatur, GA (Hub)
• 6:30–6:45 a.m. – Students board buses at the Hub.
• 6:45 a.m. – Buses depart the Hub.
• 7:15 a.m. – Buses arrive at both campuses.
Upon arrival, students will attend Before Care until the school day begins. Breakfast is available for purchase beginning at 7:30 a.m., or students may bring breakfast from home to eat after arriving on campus.
Afternoon Transportation
Lower Campus Route
• 3:00 p.m. – Bus departs Lower Campus.
• 3:30 p.m. – Bus arrives at the Exchange Recreation Center for parent pick-up.
Upper Campus Route
• 3:45 p.m. – Bus departs Upper Campus.
• 4:15 p.m. – Bus arrives at the Exchange Recreation Center for parent pick-up.
Late Pick-Up Policy
All students must be picked up by designated pick-up time. If you have students at both campuses, you must pick up your Lower Campus student by 3:45pm. If your student is not picked up by the
designated time, they will be returned to their respective campuses.
Lower Campus Students
Lower Campus Students who are not picked up from the Exchange Recreation Center by 3:45 p.m. will be transported back to GLOBE Lower Campus and checked into the Extended Care Program. This
also applies to siblings of Upper Campus students. A $25 late pick-up fee will be charged.
Upper Campus Students
Upper Campus Students who are not picked up from the Exchange Recreation Center by 4:30 p.m. will be transported back to GLOBE Upper Campus and checked into the Extended Care Program. A $25
late pick-up fee will be charged.
Conditions and Commitment
1. Must commit to at least one full semester.
2. Payments will be processed in My Payments Plus, with the option for monthly payments or full payment in
advance for each semester.
3. No refunds will be issued for missed days/trips.
4. Withdrawal of transportation ridership must be submitted in writing, at least 14 days in advance.
5. Important: You are responsible for getting your child(ren) to the hub location on time for morning pick-up,
and for collecting your child(ren) at the hub location when the bus arrives in the afternoon.
Financial Assistance
GLOBE is committed to ensuring that transportation remains accessible for families whenever possible. Beginning with the 2026–2027 school year, GLOBE
will introduce a single Financial Assistance Application. This new process is designed to make requesting financial assistance simpler, more consistent, and more
confidential for families. A single application submitted at the beginning of the school year will be used to determine eligibility for financial assistance for a variety of
school-related expenses, including transportation fees. To find out more, click here.

7:25 a.m. – The Lower Campus bus departs from the Bridgepoint Church parking lot and transports Upper Campus students to the Upper Campus.
7:20 a.m. – The Upper Campus bus departs from GLOBE's Upper Campus parking lot and transports Lower Campus students to the Lower Campus.
